Fournoi also known as Korsees, is a Greek island in the eastern Aegean, between Samos and Ikaria. For administrative purposes, it belongs to Samos prefecture.

Fournoi (which is plural) is part of a group of three islands, the others being Thymaina and Agios Minas. It is situated 4 nautical miles SW of Samos, 6 n.m. SE of Ikaria and 9 n.m. N of Patmos.

Much of the island's population (roughly one-third) earns its living from fishing while others cater to tourists who visit for its tranquility.

The lone town and municipality of Fournoi is Fournoi Korseon.
