The Greek Football D Division or Delta Ethniki or Periferiako Protathlima, is the division below the Football C Division or Gamma Ethniki. The top clubs of the Football D Division participate in the Gamma Ethniki in the following year. Similarly, the Gamma Ethniki's bottom clubs are relegated to the Football D Division.
Below Delta Ethniki are the prefectural championships.
Currently the Greek D Division is comprised of 10 local leagues based on geographic location.
