Fani Halkia (Greek: Φανή Χαλκιά; born 2 February 1979 in Larisa, Greece) is a Greek athlete. She won gold in the women's 400m hurdles at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Fani set the Olympic record of 52.77 seconds during the semi-finals of the 400mH.
