Eleni Skoura was a Greek political figure.

Skoura was born in 1896. On December 21, 1952, she was chosen by the Greek Rally party of Alexandros Papagos as a parliamentary candidate for Thessaloniki prefecture. She was elected in the 1953 repeat elections and became the first Greek woman MP.

Eleni Skoura died on February 4, 1991.
