Stefanos Demiris was a Greek football striker during the 1960s.

Demiris made his debut with Aris Thessaloniki in the 1963 season, obtained from AEK, initially on loan. He was Aris main targetman and top scorer during the early 1960s until he was replaced in that capacity by Alekos Alexiadis.
