Joannicius II (Greek Ιωαννίκιος Β') was a clergyman of the 17th century who served four terms as Patriarch of Constantinople.
Joannicius II served as Metropolitan of Heraclia in Eastern Thrace before becoming Patriarch for the first time in 1646. He was enthroned and dethroned four times within a period of 11 years, indicative of the turbulent conditions of church life of that period.
