Nikos Panagiotou is a former international Cypriot football goalkeeper.

Panagiotou was born on December 16, 1970. He started his career at Anorthosis Famagusta where he stayed for the next seventeen years. In 2004, he moved to AEK Larnaca and the following year to Panachaiki Patra. He ended his career at Ayia Napa in 2007. He is currently in charge of Anorthosis' youth academies.

During his career, Panagiotou was capped 74 times by the Cyprus National Football Team.
