Vangelis Milisis (Greek Βαγγέλης Μίλησης) was a Greek football defender who played during the 1960s.
Milisis came up to Olympiakos' main team as part of the "Babes of Simonovski". He took part in several league games but was not established as a regular. Late in the 1960s, Milisis left Greece for the US where he played for New York-based Greek clubs.
