Mouzaki is a town in the municipality of the same name in Karditsa prefecture, Thessaly, Greece. It is situated 20km from Trikala.

Its population in 2001 was 2190 inhabitants, while that of the entire municipality 10,148.

On April 19, 1897, Mouzaki was the site of a battle during the Greco-Turkish War (1897). In 1943, the town was destroyed by the Italian army and had to be rebuilt.
