Konstantinos "Dinos" Kosmopoulos was a Greek local official who served as Mayor of Thessaloniki between 1989 and 1998.

Kosmopoulos was born in 1928. He was first elected to the Thessaloniki City Council in 1986. Three years later, he was elected Mayor of the city. During his administration he organised huge protests against the FYROM government's use of the name of Macedonia.

Kosmopoulos also served as President of Iraklis, a post once held by his father, Apostolos Kosmopoulos.

He died on February 12, 2011, in Kaftantzoglio Stadium, home of Iraklis.
