Donoussa (Greek Δονούσα) is a small inhabited island in the Aegean Sea, east of Naxos. It is the easternmost island in the Cyclades complex.

Donoussa occupies an area of just 13 sq km and, according to the 2001 census, has a population of 160 year-round inhabitants.

There are five settlements on Donoussa:

  • Stavros
  • Kalotaritissa
  • Troullos
  • Messaria
  • Mersini
