Kostas Kazakos is a Greek actor and director.
Kazakos was born in May of 1935 in Pyrgos, Elis prefecture. His family moved to Piraeus in that same year. He studied acting and directing and debuted in the cinema in 1953. He debuted in the theatre four years later. In total, he has acted in more than 50 films and 30 theatre plays.
In 1968, Kazakos took up directing, mostly theatrical works. He has also directed and produced two films.
Kazakos was married to actress Jenny Karezi whom he met while filming "A Concert for Machine Guns". He married actress Jenny Kollia in 1997. From his first marriage he has a son, Konstantinos, who is also an actor.
