Stefanos Demiris was a Greek football striker during the 1960s.

Demiris was born in Kavala and started his career at local club AEK before he made the jump to AEK Athens in 1959.

He made his debut with Aris Thessaloniki in the 1963 season, obtained from AEK - via Panaigialios - initially on loan.

He was Aris main targetman and top scorer during the early 1960s until he was replaced in that capacity by Alekos Alexiadis.

Demiris died on May 6, 2016.
