Ilias Iliadis (Greek: Ηλίας Ηλιάδης) (born 10 November 1986) is a Georgia-born Greek judoka.

He won a gold medal in the half-middleweight (81 kg) division at the 2004 Summer Olympics and bronze at the 2012 London Olympics.

Iliadis has also won gold in the World Championships of Tokyo (2010), Paris (2011) and Chelnyabinsk (2014).
