Mousounitsa is a place in Phocis prefecture, Roumeli, Greece, built on the eastern slopes of the Vardousia mountains.

It is divided into two villages:

Ano Mousounitsa - or Upper Mousounitsa, now known as Athanasios Diakos.
Kato Mousounitsa - or Lower Mousounitsa.
