Stefanos Demiris was a Greek football striker during the 1960s.

Demiris made his debut with Aris Thessaloniki in the early 1960s, obtained from AEK, initially on loan. He was Aris main targetman and top scorer during that period until he was replaced by Alekos Alexiadis.
