Galaktoboureko (Greek γαλακτομπούρεκο 'milk burek', Turkish: Sütlü Börek) is a Greek and Turkish dessert of custard (sometimes flavored with lemon) in phyllo. It may be made in a pan, with phyllo layered on top and underneath, or rolled into individual 10cm long servings.

Unlike mille-feuille, which it otherwise resembles, the custard is baked with the pastry, not added afterwards.

It is usually served with a honey-based syrup.
