Kostas Kolomitrousis is a former football defender of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Kolomitrousis was born on March 30, 1964. He played for AE Larisa from 1984 until 1990 when he transferred to Aris. After three seasons with the Thessaloniki club, he returned to Larisa, retiring after the 1996 season.

During his career, Kolomitrousis was capped 14 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
