Kostas Kolomitrousis is a former football defender of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Kolomitrousis was born on March 30, 1964. He started his career at Apollon Larisa and moved to AE Larisa in 1984. In 1990, he transferred to Aris. After three seasons with the Thessaloniki club, he returned to AE Larisa, retiring after the 1996 season.

During his career, Kolomitrousis was capped 14 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
