Daniil Papadopoulos is a Greek former football player of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Papadopoulos started his career at Olympos Dentropotamos. He transferred to Iraklis FC in 1981. He debuted in the Greek Alpha Ethniki in December of 1981 against Kastoria FC. He ended his career, still at Iraklis, in May 1998. In the interim, he broke club records for appearances, with 419, and goals with 64.

Papadopoulos was a versatile player who started out as a forward, played on the left wing and in the centre of defence.

He was capped five times by the National Football Team of Greece.

After his playing days were over, Papadopoulos coached several teams including Kavala FC.
