Eustathius was Patriarch of Constantinople from 1019 until 1025.

Eustathius was protopresbyter of the palace before he was elect, in 1019, to succeed Sergius II as Patriarch of Constantinople.

After his death, he was canonised a saint. His memory is celebrated on May 31.
