Nikos Koutsalexis was a Greek basketball player of the pre-World War II era.

Koutsalexis played for Panellinios winning the League title twice: in 1939 and 1940.

He was capped just once by the National Basketball Team of Greece, in their very first official game - a 49-12 loss against Turkey in Istanbul.

He died in Paris, France, on January 22, 2000, at the age of 83.
