Lavrentis Dianellos

Lavrentis Dianellos was a Greek stage and screen actor.

Dianellos was born in Agios Lavrentios, Magnesia prefecture in 1911. He studied Drama the Art Theatre of Karolos Koun, making his stage debut in 1936 and his screen debut in 1948, in "Οι Γερμανοί ξανάρχονται" ("The Nazis strike again").

Between 1948 and 1975, Dianellos played in 200 films, making him the most productive Greek screen actor of all time.

He died in Seattle, Washington, USA on September 16, 1978. He was buried in Rafina, Attica prefecture, Greece
