Anafi is a rocky Greek island in the southern part of the Cyclades group of the Aegean Sea. Its capital is also called Anafi or, locally, "Chora". Other towns and settlements include Agios Nikolaos - the island's harbour, Klisidi and Megalos Potamos. The total population of Anafi is 273 souls as many have migrated over the years.

There are several smaller islands to the south of the main island: Ftena, Makrya and Pachia.

Anafi can be reached by boat from Piraeus (once a week) or from other Cyclades harbours as a stopover.

During the Metaxas dictatorship (1936 - 1941), Anafi was used as a place of exile for political opponents of the regime.
