Phaedon Georgitsis (Greek Φαίδων Γεωργίτσης) is a Greek screen, stage and TV actor.

Georgitsis was born in Athens on January 21, 1939. He studied in the Drama School of Karolos Koun and first appeared on screen in the 1960 hit film «Ποτέ την Κυριακή» (Never on a Sunday) as a sailor.

In the 1960s he became established as an actor and well-known to the general public starring in films such as «Τα κόκκινα φανάρια» (The Red Lanterns), «Διωγμός» (Persecution), «Οι θαλασσιές οι χάντρες» (The Blue Beads), etc.

In the 1974 film «Σατανικές Ερωμένες» (Satanic Lovers), Georgitsis not only starred but also produced and directed it.

In the 1970s, Georgitsis started playing in television. He became popular in the 1990s playing in serial programs.

He was married to actress Betty Arvaniti with whom he once formed a theatrical group.
