Kostas Kaiafas is a retired Cypriot football midfielder, who played for Omonia Nicosia in the Cyprus Football A Division.

Kaiafas was born on September 22, 1974, in Nicosia, the son of legendary footballer Sotiris Kaiafas. From 1992 until 2009, he played for Omonia and was the team's captain. In total, he appeared in 347 league games, scoring 68 goals.

Afterwards, he played for Alki Larnaca between 2009 and 2011. He retired after the 2011 season.

Kaiafas was capped 25 times by the Cyprus National Football Team, scoring one goal (against Slovenia).
