Giorgos Tsakanikas was a Greek athlete who competed in both the shot put and the discus throw.
Tsakanikas was born in Athens in 1934. He competed in the Melbourne Olympiad (1956) - qualifying for the finals in the shot put - the Rome Olympiad (1960) and the Tokyo Olympiad of 1964.
