Aristarchos Fountoukidis was a Greek football player of the 1960s and 1970s.

Fountoukidis was born in Agios Panteleimonas, Kilkis prefecture, Macedonia, Greece, on February 13, 1942. He joined PAOK in 1966, soon establishing himself into their regular centre back.

Fountoukidis played a total of 12 years at PAOK, winning the Greek League title in 1976 and the Greek Football Cup in 1972 and 1974. He played a total of 335 Alpha Ethniki games, scoring 18 goals.

After his playing days were over, Fountoukidis coached PAOK on a few occasions, leading the club to the final of the Greek Cup in 1981.

He died on July 7, 2007.
