Kostas Nikolaidis was a Greek football forward of the 1960s and 1970s.
Nikolaidis was born in 1944 and joined AEK for the 1966 season replacing Kostas Papageorgiou as the right-side striker that partnered Mimis Papaioannou in AEK's attacking line. His career at AEK lasted until 1975 when he joined Apollon Athens. The 1976 season would be his last.
