Nikolaos Hadjizisis was a Greek military officer who served under Theodoros Theofilogiannakos in the Special Interrogation Section of the Greek Military Police (EAT-ESA).

Hadjizisis was born in 1930 in Deskati, Grevena prefecture. He was involved in the interrogation and torture of Greek citizens during the rule of the Junta.

After the restoration of democracy in 1974, he was sentenced to prison for his activities. He served 19 years at Korydallos before he was released.
