Poli is a settlement on the Greek island of Kassos, in the southern Aegean Dodecanese complex.

Poli is the oldest of the five villages of Kassos. It is built on a hill overlooking the island's other settlements with a good view of the sea.

Antiquities, dating from the 4th Century BC, have been found in Poli and are housed in the museum at Fry.

The town was destroyed by an earthquake in 1912 and rebuilt.
