Psathoura (Greek Ψαθούρα) is an uninhabited Greek island in the Aegean Sea, part of the Northern Sporades chain, the farthest one from the Thessaly mainland.

The island is volcanic and to the north, under water, lie the remains of an ancient city.

Psathoura lies within the National Marine Park of Alonissos.
