Nea Nikomedia is a town in the municipality of Apostolos Pavlos in Imathia prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.
The population of the town, in 2001, was 866 inhabitants.
Nea Nikomedia was founded by refugees from Nicomedia, Asia Minor, after the Asia Minor disaster of 1922. The town's main claim to fame is its being the birthplace of former AEK football star Mimis Papaioannou
