Georgios Georgiadis was a Greek athlete who competed in the hammer throw.

Georgiadis was born on May 21, 1948. He was an athlete of Panathinaikos Athletic Club.

He broke the Greek record for the hammer throw on October 15, 1971 with 68.76m, when he won the gold medal in the Mediterranean Games of Smyrna.

Among his other accomplishments was a bronze medal in the Balkan Games of 1976.
