MEAP, whose acronym stands for Μικτή Ερυθρού Αστέρα Προόδου - Red Star and Proodos United - were founded in 1980, when Red Star of Pera Chorio merged with Proodos of Nisou a neighbouring village. They play in Theodorio Communal Stadium in Nisou.
