The Minister for Mercantile Marine and Island Policy of Greece was the government minister responsible for the running of the Ministry of Mercantile Marine and Island Policy. The post was created on September 19, 2007 when the Ministry for Mercantile Marine was combined with the Ministry for the Aegean and Island Policy.
The Ministry was abolished in 2009 and its functions were incorporated into the Ministry for Economy, Competition and Merchant Marine except for certain security-related departments which were incorporated into the Ministry for the Protection of the Citizen.
