Pavlos Vasiliou was a Cypriot footballer of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Vasiliou was born in 1940 in Cyprus. He came Greece and Olympiakos from EPA Larnaca FC and established himself as their right winger from 1963 - 1970. With Olympiakos, Vasiliou won the Greek title in 1966 and 1967.

In 1971 he returned to his old club when they played in the Greek Football A Division and scored against Olympiakos upon his return to Karaiskaki Stadium.

Vasiliou was capped 7 times by the Greek National Football Team from 1964 until 1967 and a further 8 times by Cyprus from 1970 until 1972.
