Panellinios BC is the basketball club of Panellinios Gymnastic Club. In the 1950s, they were a powerhouse not only in Greece but throughout Europe. It is noteworthy that during this period, the starting five of Panellinios were also the starting five of the National Basketball Team of Greece.
Panellinios have won nothing since then - other than A2 Division championships - but are currently competing in the top A1 Division.
