Dimitris Dounias is a Greek former football defender of the 1960s era.

Dounias was born in 1944. He played in the Alpha Ethniki for Panionios between 1963 and 1971. He also played for PAS Giannina in the 1974 Football Season.

Dounias was the uncle of Nikos Anastopoulos.
