Andreas Papaemmanouil was a Greek football midfielder/forward known for his exceptionally hard shot.
He was born on February 18, 1939 and first played in the Greek top league for Panathinaikos, whom he joined in 1959 from Peiraikos. That year he scored Panathinaikos' very first goal in the newly-formed Alpha Ethniki (1959) against Panaigialios.
He continued playing for the greens until the 1969 season. At the twilight of his career he joined AEK (1970 - 1972).
Papaemmanouil scored a total of 87 goals in the Greek Alpha Ethniki in 256 appearances. He was capped 16 times by the Greek National Football Team scoring 7 goals.
