Ano Mera is a settlement on the eastern part of the Greek island of Mykonos in the Cyclades island complex.
Ano Mera was founded by Cretans from Pholegandros and is the second largest town of Mykonos after the island's capital Mykonos (Chora). It is now considered part of the municipality of Mykonos though in older times - prior to 1999 - it was considered a separate community. Its population in 2001 was 1391 inhabitants.
