Takis Synetopoulos was a Greek football defender of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Synetopoulos was born in Volos, Thessaly, in 1948. He started his playing career at Olympiakos Volos and, in 1970, made the big jump to Olympiakos Piraeus. He stayed with Olympiakos until 1978 when he returned to Volos and the local Olympiakos.

During his career, Synetopoulos was capped 16 times by the National Football Team of Greece.
