Achievements
The team placed 2nd in the A1 Ethniki in 1985. The team won 1st place in the A2 Ethniki, in 1992.
Larisa has in the past featured former NBA players like James Donaldson, Brent Scott, Sedale Threatt, Chris Garner, Richard Dumas, and Vasilis Spanoulis who began his professional Greek basketball career with the team and played with them from 1999 to 2001. Vasilis' older brother, also a star basketball player in Greece, Dimitris Spanoulis, played for the team from 2001 to 2003 and also during the 2005-2006 season. Jeremiah Massey has also played with Larisa.
