Emmanouil Pappas (Greek: Εμμανουήλ Παππάς) is a town and a municipality in Serres prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.

The population of the town, in 2001, was 1121 inhabitants while that of the entire municipality 11,789.

The former name of the town was Dovitsa. It was renamed after Emmanouil Pappas who, in 1821, organised the Greek Revolution in Chalkidiki.
