Formed in 1961 by the merger of Pallevadeiaki and Trofonios, Levadiakos is the top football club of Livadia capital of Boeotia prefecture. Levadiakos were first promoted into the A' Division in 1987. Since then they have played the following seasons in the top league of Greece:
- 1988: 13th place
- 1989: 12th place
- 1990: 13th place
- 1991: 17th place - Relegated
- 1994: 11th place
- 1995: 17th place - Relegated
- 2006: 14th place - Relegated
- 2008: 11th place
- 2009: 13th place
- 2010: 14th place - Relegated
- 2012: 7th place
- 2013: 11th place
