Kefalovryso is a town in the municipality of Ano Pogoni in the prefecture of Ioannina, Epirus, Greece.
The population of the town was 1040 inhabitants, according to the 2001 census.
On July 13, 1943, German occupation troops burned down the town and executed, among others, the village priest.
