Dimos Kavouras is a former Greek football forward of the 1980s - early 1990s era.
Kavouras was born in Chios on July 9, 1962. He played for local club Kanaris Nenites before making the big jump to Panathinaikos in 1983.
As a player of Panathinaikos, Kavouras scored 7 top-league goals and won two league titles: in 1984 and 1986. In 1987, he transferred to Levadiakos where he got more playing time and scored 24 goals in two seasons. Afterwards, he played for OFI (1989 - 1991) and Apollon Athens (1991 - 1993).
After his playing days were over, Kavouras became a coach. Among the teams he has led are Aittitos Spata, Olympiakos Lavrio, Keravnos Keratea and AO Thiva.
