Stathis Haitas was a Greek football forward during the 1960s and 1970s.
Haitas was born on March 20, 1940. He played for Panionios from 1960 until 1977 and still holds the club record for most appearances in the Alpha Ethniki: 480.
Haitas was capped 24 times by the National Football Team of Greece scoring one goal.
After his playing days were over, Haitas coached a number of clubs including Panionios, late in 1996.
