The Minister for Economy and Finance of Greece is the government minister responsible for the running of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. The post was created on October 24, 2001, when the Ministry for Economy was merged with the Ministry for Finance.


The current minister is Georgios Alogoskoufis.

Deputy ministers are: Christos Folias, Petros Doukas and Antonis Bezas.
