Nikos Zarkadis was a Greek football player of the 1940s and 1950s.

Zarkadis was born in 1925 and played as a left-side striker for Panionios. In his early career he was also a high jump athlete and basketball player. He stopped playing in 1955.

Zarkadis briefly coached Panionios in 1957 alongside Nikos Pentzaropoulos.
